Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using CV-Craftor, you agree to these Terms and our
Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
CV-Craftor, operated by Taksha Groups, lets you create, customize, import, export, and share resumes and track job applications. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
Acceptable use
Do not use CV-Craftor to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious content, attempt to disrupt the service, or generate misleading content about another person.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide the service (including rendering and exporting your resume, and serving any public share links you create). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the content you enter, generate, translate, export, or share, and for ensuring it is appropriate for the role and jurisdiction in which you use it.
Language, translations & localization
CV-Craftor is offered in multiple languages and provides automated translation, transliteration, and localization features (including translated interface text, translated guidance and examples, localized résumé section headings, and phonetic input aids). These features are provided for your convenience only and may be produced by automated means. The English-language version of the service, these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all guidance, examples, and other content is the sole authoritative and legally binding version. Any translated or localized version is provided on a best-effort basis, may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and has no legal effect. In the event of any conflict, ambiguity, or discrepancy between the English version and any translated or localized version, the English version controls and prevails. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) we do not warrant the accuracy, suitability, grammatical correctness, cultural appropriateness, or completeness of any translation, transliteration, or localized output; (b) you are responsible for independently reviewing and verifying any translated or localized content — including any résumé or cover letter you create in a language other than English — before relying on, submitting, or distributing it; and (c) to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, missed opportunity, rejected application, or other consequence arising from translation, transliteration, localization, or language-conversion errors, or from your reliance on machine-translated content.
No professional advice; no outcome guarantee
CV-Craftor and all of its guidance, examples, templates, summaries, sample bullet points, salary notes, and other content are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute career, recruiting, immigration, financial, or legal advice. We do not guarantee any particular result, including any interview, job offer, hire, salary, visa, or other employment outcome. Hiring decisions, applicant-tracking-system behavior, and the requirements of employers and jurisdictions are outside our control.
Plans and payments
Some features require a paid plan. Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, and you can cancel a subscription at any time.
Advertising
The free tier is supported by advertising. By using the free tier you agree that ads (including a rewarded ad before downloads) may be shown. Upgrade to a paid plan for an ad-free experience.
Third-party services
The service relies on third-party providers (for example hosting, payments via Stripe, advertising via Google, and font and analytics providers). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, availability, or policies of any third party, and your use of their services may be governed by their own terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service, and all content, examples, templates, translations, and localized output, are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties as to accuracy, reliability, availability, security, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not warrant that any résumé, cover letter, translation, or other output will be accurate, ATS-compatible, suitable for any purpose, or accepted by any employer or system. You use the service at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taksha Groups and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, employment, or opportunity, arising out of or relating to the service, the content, any translation or localization, or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Taksha Groups and its owners, employees, and providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to the content you create, translate, export, or share, your use or misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or third-party right.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India for any dispute that is not otherwise subject to mandatory local law. Where you use the service as a consumer, you may benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your rights under such mandatory consumer-protection laws.
General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements.
Changes & contact
We may update these Terms and will revise the “last updated” date above; your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Questions? Contact Taksha Groups at
